123 Insight Exception LOgs

Should 123 Insight display an error message when trying to access a module then follow steps below to raise the exception log:

1. Help

2. 123 Insight Support

3. First Tab select the envelop icon at the bottom of the active window

4. Select the latest log files and select the OK flag icon

6. Send
