ALL Pexion Group domains are required to be managed by PEXIT from ONE domain platform. New companies/domains need to be TAGGED to change ISP. The ONE.COM Tag is sent within the domain registration email. 

Steps to follow:

1. Gain access to / have sent the Domain settings as they stand at the current ISP

2. Review

3. Acquire domain as the 'owner' on one.com

4. Set Up on one.com a Guest access user to the DNS settings within the Control Panel at One.com.

5. Record access details on Zoho Desk and set a reminder to CLOSE access on transfer

6. Send TAG to current ISP and/or their agent

7. Test transfer when on the domain servers are one.com
