Inviting Users to Zoho Connect

Users - Internal and External (guests) when invited to a Zoho Connect Group / Board for the first time receive an email with Welcome and a first choice JOIN. Regrettably, there is also a second option, an URL, that if selected sets up a NEW instance of Zoho CRM form that user.

This sets up a TRIAL for that user which can be reversed provided it is completed within 30 days.

Users receiving invites should contact Pexion IT Support if they are in doubt as which choice to make.
